Rob Broder has been practicing trademark, copyright, domain dispute and business law since 1991 and is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut and before numerous federal courts. Rob's practice focuses on intellectual property law, including trademark and copyright prosectution and enforcement, business transactions and real estate.

Before opening his own practice, Rob was an associate at Pennie & Edmonds LLP, at the time one of the Nation's oldest and largest Intellectual Property boutique firms and Associate Trademark and Copyright Counsel at Colgate-Palmolive (NYSE:CL) and V.P. of Legal Affairs at CAK/Prudential. Rob is also Trademark/Copyright Counsel to the profession. 

Rob graduated from New York University (B.A. 1985) and received his law degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (J.D. 1991) where he was awarded jurisprudence awards and the Dean's school service award.  During law school, Rob clerked for the Hon. George Pratt of the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Hon. Eli Wager of the Supreme Court, Nassau County.  Rob also served as  an Editor of the Law Review and was a recipient of the Nathan Burkan Copyright award.
